Breadfruit- 1 Medium sized
Tamarind- Lemon sized
Jaggery- Lemon sized
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
Salt- 2 tsp
Toor dal- 4 tsp
Fresh grated coconut- 1 cup
Udupi sambar powder- 4 tsp
Instructions Preparation
Peel off the breadfruit and separate the fibrous portion at the centre. then slice them in to half inch thick pieces. save them immersed in water to avoid discoloration.
Soak tamarind in half mug water for nearly 10 minutes extract it's juice and discard the residue.
Pressure cook toor dal afterward little water till soft.
Method
Heat a cooking pan/vessel tallying breadfruit slices and water to the immersing level. add turmeric powder, tamarind extract and jaggery. allow it chef in low fire till the breadfruit slices are soft.
Meanwhile add grated coconut and Udupi sambar powder in to a mixer jar. graze it in to fine glue add-on water as required.
Mix the dome coconut paste as soon as cooked breadfruit slices. add cooked toor dal and salt as well. manage to pay for a move around and bring it to boil.

Note
